    Kon joined Camber in 2009 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and assumed the role of President in 2011. During this time Camber has grown from $30 million dollars in sales to over $1 billion in 2015 and has become the 12th largest generics company in the US in dispensed prescriptions.

    A well respected industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the generic pharmaceuticals industry, Kon has held a variety of sales and marketing positions with increasing responsibility. He began his career at Sidmak Laboratories in East Hanover, NJ and has held VP Sales and Marketing positions at Breckenridge Pharmaceuticals, Able Laboratories, and Boca Pharmaceuticals before joining Camber.

    Kon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Rutgers University.

    He resides in Mendham, New Jersey.

  • Edward Smith

    Director of Sales Operations

    Camber Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

    Ed has over 20 years of supply chain experience, the last 15 plus years within the healthcare industry at various roles of responsibility. Before joining Camber, Ed was Vice President of Contracting for a leading Alternate Site group purchasing organization, Director of Purchasing at Anda, Inc., Division of Actavis, and Manager of Product Management at Henry Schein, Inc. Ed received his MBA at Dowling College, Oakdale, NY and Bachelor of Science from Widener University, Chester, PA. Active in his community, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

  • Kirk Hessels

    Director of Marketing

    Kirk joined Camber as Director of Marketing in July 2014. Prior to joining Camber, Kirk operated his own integrated marketing agency, KH Advertising, for over 20 years, working with a diverse client base including pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods and B to B companies. Beginning in 2008 Kirk helped lead the marketing and branding efforts for Camber including advertising campaigns, web development, public relations, sales support materials and trade show participation. Kirk has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and resides with his wife Pat in Red Bank, NJ.

  • Pravin Pillai

    Director of Finance

    Pravin joined Camber in June, 2010 as Director of Finance. He has earned a CPA certification in the USA and a Chartered Accountants Certificate in India. Pravin has more than 15 years’ experience in managing finance, accounting, reporting, taxation and information technology.

    Brett began his employment at Camber Pharmaceuticals in December 2007, as employee number 3.  Prior to joining Camber, Brett held positions as Sales Director at Bi-Coastal Pharmaceuticals, Able Laboratories and Genpharm L.P. Brett also held positions in corporate purchasing at Moore Medical Corporation, as Manager of Private Label Generics, and, The Harvard Drug Group, as Vice President of Generic Procurement. Brett Graduated from S.U.N.Y. at Cobleskill with a degree in Chemistry.

  • Laura Ricardo

    Director of Corporate Accounts

    Laura joined Camber Pharmaceuticals August of 2008 as Director of Corporate Accounts.  She has over 20 years of experience as a top performing Sales Executive.  Mrs. Ricardo started her career at Sidmak Labatories and subsequently held positions in several emerging healthcare organizations, with a solid track record of steadily delivering profit to the bottom-line.  In addition to helping launch Camber in the United States, Laura was instrumental in the initial stages of several other organizations including MOVA, Able Laboratories and Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

  • Stu Messinger

    Director National Accounts

    Stu joined Camber in October, 2010 and brings 25 years of consumer products and generics experience in roles of increasing responsibility that include multiple therapeutic areas and all classes of trade. Prior to joining Camber, Stu served in a variety of sales and management roles at Interpharm, Del Laboratories and Pfizer.  Stu is married to his wife Liz and has two children Bennett and Lindsay. 

  • Peter Romer

    Pete joined Camber in July of 2014 with a wide range of experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to joining Camber, Pete worked for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals where he earned the President Honor’s and as Circle of Excellence Global awards from multiple divisions. Pete has held positions at Walmart and Lever Brothers with expertise in sales and all channels of distribution. Pete resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and four children, (3 boys and a girl), 16 year old quadruplets!

  • Clay Smith

    National Account Manager

    Clayton Smith is one of our National Account Managers, a position he has held since shortly after joining Camber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in July 2011. Prior to starting with the company, Mr. Smith earned a B.S. B.A. from Bucknell University and participated in the university’s varsity Track and Cross Country programs. Currently, Mr. Smith resides in Morristown, NJ and is based out of Camber’s offices in Piscataway, NJ.
